The recruitment fair REKRYBOOST on 4th Feb 2025 in Pori!
REKRYBOOST, the meeting point for employers and job seekers in the tourism, hospitality, and restaurant industries, is held on 4.2.2025 at 10–13 at SAMK Agora-hall – you are warmly welcome! Participation is free for both participants and exhibitors.
At the event, you can apply for jobs or traineeships and network with employers. Several major employers in the sector are present, see below for more information in the exhibitors' presentations!
You also have the opportunity to participate in the Online Job Days event to promote international employment: there is a separate space on REKRYBOOST where you can follow the Online Job Days online. You can also sign up to participate in the Online Job Days, which will provide information about job opportunities in Estonia, Latvia and Finland. REKRYBOOST 2025 is organised in cooperation
REKRYBOOST 2025 IS ORGANISED IN COLLABORATION
The Tour4Youth -project develops diversely 15–24-year-old tourism, hospitality and restaurant-sector students’ and unemployed peoples’ career skills, competitiveness and sustainable employment in these fields. The project is executed with a multidisciplinary and international collaboration consisting of three countries – Finland, Estonia and Latvia – and five partners. The young participants are offered a tailored three step program, centralised around developing career skills in the tourism, hospitality and restaurant-sectors. These steps are a career leadership online course which rewards the participants with a certificate, tailored meetings with employers and personalised internships in organisations in the program fields. Organisations can bespeak their interest in offering internships to Finnish, Estonian and Latvian interns to project manager Tiina Leino (tiina.leino@samk.fi).
