The online course will provide young professionals (15-24 years old) free access to develop their skills in areas such as identifying their strengths and finding different types of job opportunities. The course can be started at any time, with a face-to-face introduction day along the way to provide additional support for career planning, internationalization, and employment. The course is offered in English to emphasise the international nature of the sector, while developing English language skills. Personal coaching sessions (2) will be offered to participants in the programme, focusing on different aspects of career development.

The online course is supported by recruitment events where you can find yourself an internship or job in the sectors. Look out for the Tour4Youth stand in the following free events in the near future:
23.1. at 9–15 Urastartti Kivikylä Areena, Rauma
31.1. at 12–17 Tuuks töihin? Puuvilla, Pori
6.2. at 10–13 RekryBoost, Agora SAMK, Pori

Once you have found a traineeship or a job, you can get support from the project to continue! You can also register your interest in finding a traineeship and the project will look for suitable organisations for you. You can also do your internship internationally in Latvia, Estonia, Finland, or Sweden! As a prerequisite, you must have completed the online course before the internship.

Tour4Youth participants must be students or graduates in tourism, hospitality or catering aged 15-24. Participants can be of different nationalities and from different educational institutions.

Organisations of all sizes and types (companies, public, associations) in the tourism, hospitality and restaurant sectors can participate in the programme by offering traineeships and jobs at events or directly through the programme. The project will reach out to young people from Finland, Latvia and Estonia. Welcome to join us!
